Well, he has been without his Ps3 for almost a month. My nieces and nephew destroyed that.

Still no reason to buy an X1.

He can't be a real PS fan if he goes that far. Maybe he likes the brand but obviously not the exclusives. Unless he has enough cash and will buy a PS4 as soon as it's available.
