I'd say start with the Arland trilogy but if you want to play them in order I'd tell you to wait for the Rorona remake that will likely release this year.

If you dont mind whether it's ps3 or vita i'd recommend getting Ayesha and then getting Escha & Logy this March cause that's gonna be a major turn in quality for the series.

Also, all games have amazing soundtracks but my favourites are the latest, like Ayesha.
