It has been resolved, he's been routed. He won't answer any of the questions I've put to him and he admitted this in his last post:
If you're going to lie, you could at least make it believable. I readily admitted that I mispoke. I never claimed that I didn't mispeak.
He's basically been running around in circles avoiding the hard questions so he can justiify an attack on innocent developers, because he wanted DMC4, which was based on awful Hollywood movies, to continue.
Unfortunately for him he was caught putting his foot in his mouth several times.
