I really enjoyed Gravity Rush. It was a western open world superhero origin game with a Japanese cast. Win win for me.

Kat was far less annoying than Cole McGrath or Alex Mercer in their respective first games; the gravity mechanic was interesting and the environments were gorgeous. Could've done with more variety of enemies; and some of the side missions were incredibly annoying (*cough gravity sliding*) but that's just a par for the genre to be honest.

That's sad. Gravity sliding missions were my favorite part about of the game. Loved them.

I agree, personally I thought all the challenges were actually very good fun and though the sliding was perhaps the most awkward to get to grips with initially, I liked it also.

As for eveyone comparing with Tearaway I'm sure I'll love it when I get it but I think that it won't quite grab me like GR did - that world and the feeling of being so free to explore and of being able to go anyway was so special, I don't think I can remember a game that gave me that feeling. Either way, they're both great exclusives to have and I am so hyped for GR2...
