If enough people think Kinect is worth an extra $100 and they do have the money to pay for it, and there is enough brand loyalty for XBox, and the new MS CEO decides to keep XBox as an MS product, and Nintendo keeps having trouble communicating the value of the Wii U then the XBox One will pass the Wii U.
Of course, with video games there is always the posibility that either Microsoft or Nintendo introduces a new game which is a runaway hit and that would make any previous debate about sales trends a moot point.
