Oh I did say for a blockbuster... Alan wake is not one... Release COD 2 years later on PC I doubt it will captivate many crowds.. Now I'm sure QB would sell on PC even later.. But will it be still hyped enough by then to motivate MS to invest money into a port since it's their IP is an other story... Alan wake didn't do so hot on xb porting it could only massively improve revenue... If QB does very well on console the marginal gain of PC port might not warrant the investment and more importantly dev time... Compared to making a QB2 or a AW2 even..
anyway I don't really care good for PC gamers if they do, heck they could even port or to PS I wouldn't care... It's just that I'm not so sure they will do it...
