Depends on the game. If it's a cinematic adventure game like Uncharted or Zelda I prefer 30 fps just for the cinematic style, and then we can get better graphics.
BUT I started on God of War 3 yesterday (finally!), and the mostly solid 60 fps fits the gameplay well. But that is more of a cinematic game, and then I thought that fps/resolution priority depends on the gameplay...
Conclusion: there will be endless discussion on this topic. I really don't know myself...
