I sold my 1000 and bought a white slim, and I have to say, i'm happy with my decision. It feels great in the hands, quite a bit lighter and slimmer than the original. The start/select/volume buttons etc are more prominent now, and are a definite improvement. The best thing for me though is the back, where the grips are now wider. It's much more comfortable to hold. The battery life seems a fair bit better too, which is great. As for the screen, to be honest, I can't really tell much difference. I'm sure if you held them side by side you could probably see minor differences, but without directly comparing, the screen is still very good. Overall, it was definitely the right decision to get it. Next up is that 64 gig memory card... Also, pre-ordered the PS4 (not out here until February, really sucks), so can't wait to check out remote play. Just wanted to share that with you! Happy new year Vita people! |

I want to test a slim too, but we'll have to wait to get it.. I want a 64gb memcard too.. I have a OLED Vita, I would keep this and buy a new one, my little brothers play a lot with my vita, if the slim is released I could buy one of those for them...
