Why is Xbox One portrayed as the "COD Console" when the game is actually selling more on the PS4?

PS.  America is at  41.42% for XBO and 41.71% for PS4.  Which fits with what I said about similar.  And i also aligned the launches in my last post which is what i was referring to about attach ratios, but i do understand the confusion about that post
