That is just ridiculous. There are literally thousands of beneficial mutations I can think of just off the top of my head. Opposable thumbs, Skin pigmentation, Frontal Cortex, walking upright...
Many creationist just reject most beneficial mutations because they occur so slowly they can only be studied through fossils.
