The XB1 doesn't seem to be supply constrained at this time.

I'm not going to keep checking the tracking sites, but post Christmas in NA, the only way to buy a PS4 was through Ebay and there were plenty of XB1s available through most retail outlets.

The XB1 is currently in stock at Amazon and the PS4 is currently going for over $500 through resellers only.

We'll see how long stock issues persist with the PS4. I am a bit surprised to see the XB1 readily available this early. I had predicted both would be sold out/fast sellers at retail as late as March. Clearly this is not the case for the XB1, making the sales trends a bit easier to see clearly in terms of demand rather than supply constraint.

Still too early to be making any open declarations about how sales will continue to develop.

I think most were surprised at how quickly it seems demand has gone down for the One.  I figured it would be sold out for a few more months, partly due to lower stock (due to lower yields of their chips, since they are larger than the PS4's) and partly because of launch demand.  But, it's in stock at most places.  It doesn't seem to be lighting up the sales charts, at least not on Amazon.  It's been in stock on there for about a week, now, yet hasn't worked its way up to #1 for the hour since going back in stock.  It's been hovering around #10-#15.  And I don't buy that MS is just greatly outshipping Sony.  Not when Sony is already producing an impressive ~1M+ per month and focusing much of that supply on the US.
