| nintendo_fanboy said: interesting post louie... the travelling in time thing after dead sounds interesting. but one thing i want to add: saying that life could have come from another planet does not explain it's origin, there's still the question what caused life to develop on that other planet. i think if someone could explain me that, i'd turn atheist, but as long as this is not clear, i think this has a supernatural origin. |
An experiment was done in the early 50's in which the early atmosphere of earth was replicated inside of a glass bubble. This bubble contained Hydrogen, Helium Carbon, Ammonium and many other basic elements. An electrical current was applied to the bubble and the elements began forming bonds. When studied, these bonds were identified as basic amino acids. Or as otherwise known, the building block of life. I will not speculate as to whether this happened on our planet or elsewhere, but I will say that these amino acids are found on many meteorites and comets.
These aminos would eventually form into the first single celled organisms.
