Wii browser was good but weak. It became obsolete after a while.
PS3 browser was pretty decent. Cumbersome as hell with the controller and now sites that it used to work on don't support it. I'm talking about porn, people.
Xbox 360 browser was better than PS3's (took em long enough to release one, dammit!) and with Smart Glass it was easy to navigate. Got a bit clunky for me, though.
Wii U browser is powerful and intuitive. I use it as readily as my laptop.
DSi/3DS browser is garbage.
Vita Browser is pretty capable.
and that's my experience. I used to have a keyboard. Never had a mouse (if anything supports it).
