Mario on Nintendo.
None on Xbox (they really need to have better exclusives, Halo is not my cup of tea at all...)
Third party: Metal Gear, Tropico (I would love to play that on Xbox One), Civilization (even Civ Revolution was awesome), Silent Hill and Valkyria Chronicles.
