With the amount of advertising Sony has put into remote play with the PS4, I think a new add on is possible and is one that I would LOVE to see. It would snap onto the ps vita and plug in via charging port. It would add L2/R2 triggers below the left and right shoulder buttons. L3 and R3 would still be on the back touch pad, but relegated to the entire left half and right half of the touchpad (much like assassins creed IV does during remote play) which would make using them alot more convenient/accurate. The peripheral would also add an extra 2-3 hours of battery life to the vita. Please Sony make this happen! With remote play, I've been able to play with the PS4 all throughout my house and it's worked like a charm. Only thing is... I find shooters to be nearly unplayable. I would buy something like this in a heartbeat. Who's with me? |

I would still LOVE a peripheral that added true DS4 like triggers and made the shoulder buttons L1,R1. However, I was playing blacklight retribution via remote play and in the settings, I found a way to map R2 and L2 to the shoulder buttons instead. If games would offer mapping customization like this, everything would more than playable via remote play. Still, a peripheral would be bad ass.
