I'm glad Blizzard has a good track of optimizing games for low-mid range computers.
If memory serves:
Starcraft -100ish Mhz
Warcraft III- 333 Mhz

My lappy does 1.7Ghz
I hope its enough =/

 

I'd say that's probably going to be the minimum, you might be able to run it. Online might suck though.
