That's such a 2007 question.
Oh well. Metroid's single player is absolutely awesome, and it's very different from Halo, which also has great single player, I personally can't compare both. On the multiplayer aspect, best handheld multiplayer experience I had was with Metroid Prime Hunters and the best console multiplayer experience I had was with Halo 3, so, again, I can't compare both. Sorry, can't answer your question.
