Actually they are all in game. You've obviously never played it. Some are taken in the garage while majority of them are taken from races.

Photomode is not ingame graphics, on any racing game. The mode is designed to look better than the actual engine. THe actual game is not able to produce such content.

THat being said, they are gorgeous shots. It's just important that people understand the distinction, for example, to inform people like yourself.
