Why is it then, that the fetish requires boobs or women? Is it gay or something else. Just because there is a penis does not make it gay, and I shouldn't have to explain to you why it shouldn't be equated in such a way.

If the fetish was naked guys and guys in panties or something like that...sure, that's gay. But leave the dick out of it.
