When I sell things on Ebay, I usually check the prices of other auctions selling the same game(s). I would also try separating the games as much as possible, because some people may only be interested in 1-2 of your games in a (example) 6 game lot.
You could try grouping together games that are in the same series: (Final Fantasy, Zelda, etc).
If you find some games having very low value, that's when I bundle them with the system, since selling them separately could be difficult.
