Feh, Zelda is one of my favorite series and I couldn't care less about this sort of thing. Twilight Princess Zelda shouldn't be morphing into Sheik, either.
The real reason people would have been upset is because everyone is boners about Twilight Princess. Anyway, it doesn't matter to me. Twilight Princess looks more battle-ready and he went with Link's Twilight Princess design, anyway, so at least this is consistent.
Personally, I think the apparent changes to Zelda's moveset indicate that Sheik will become a separate character in this installment.
