Final Fantasy XV and Uncharted 4 confirmed for 2014 ?????

Playstation Access just uploaded this Video:

 

Around 9:30 there is FF XV and after that UC4

So can we expect them next year already? I mean since this is Playstation Acces they'd know right? I think UC is a given since it's a sony title and they are sony guys but i'll only belive FFXV when i see it.
