Intel 32nm -  112.5nm contacted gate pitch
TSMC 28nm - 120nm contacted gate pitch

Numbers on 20nm are pretty sparse because it's not actually out yet (whereas Intel's is two years old), but it's definitely inferior in performance because it uses FinFET whereas TSMC does not (TSMC will get that at the 14nm node)
