The stuff he has been "right" on are things other people already started rumoring about and most of his other stuff are things that can simply be explained away as "well I was right but they fixed it!", like Titanfall 720p frame rate issues.
It's like when someone says "well I expect team A to win but hey I wouldn't be surprised at all if team B wins!". That's all he does is that sort of non committal, foot half in the water type deals and GAF rightfully banned him for it and when he returns he'll be banned for FUD again.
Even the CoD 720p stuff (which was already a heavy rumor), he posted about it, but was downplaying it the entire time, so that if it was wrong he could come back and say "well hey I told you guys I didn't really believe it much". Blind leading the blind.
