I think the human race itself won't change that much. The average of, for example, our intelligence and/or length, will be around the same because of gene drift by airplanes and stuff. Michael Pachter getting children also proves intelligence isn't a keyfactor for women at all. However, I do think a lot of diseases will occur more frequently because medical science has already come this far. People who usually die without treatment will get children now and their children will also carry genetic diseases and/or are more vulnerable for external factors. Natural selection somehow 'thinks' that having genetic disorders is a benefit for survival (unless the disease is EXTREME and you die immediately).

Evolution itself is a simple concept, but when predicting our future based on those laws it becomes REALLY complex.


For us to achieve the technology that Extraterrestrials have, it will take thousands of years. Question is....Will we evolve into what they are now?
