That's a good thing right? It can load things at a quicker pace I'm guessing. PS4 has 100% advantage on PS3 while the Xbox One has a 92% advantage on the Xbox 360.

What the heck are you talking about? Lower frequency = less operations per second, hence less power
ps: didnt the ps3 had 256 mb RAM?
