Because, it doesn't count as a Vita game if you can get it on another console, or would have been "better on a big screen".

Guacamelee - Shitty 2D indie trash (also on PS3)
Tearaway - Vita isn't worth having for 1 game as the console costs too much.
Killzone Merc - Doesn't count, it belongs on a console and would have been better on PS3. So see KZ: Shadowfall instead
Ys Celceta - There are better JRPGs on 3DS, doesn't count
Hotline Miami - LOL SHITTY INDIE GAME! Also on PC and PS3 why you want on Vita for?
Rayman Legends - On all the consoles, doesn't count.
Dragon's Crown - 2D sexist shit (that's also on PS3).
Sadly these are all actual reasons I've read on vg chartz and other forums as for why these games don't make the Vita worth having.
