Nope. I only work like 15 days a month plus a couple of overtime days. Usually, I get two or three days off every work week and there's always a full 7 day break every four weeks. It's awesome. I never have to take vacation because it always feels like I'm off.
Of course, the downside--I'm on my 7 day break right now but I go back to work on Christmas. I don't mind, though. Holidays pay double time and a half. For every dollar I would have made, I'm getting $2.50.
