All while having much higher res textures, better lighting, much more detailed characters, more enemies onscreen and much better animations. Take those things all down to KZ or AC4 level and Ryse will do 1080p60fps no problem.
The dips in framerate only really happen with 100+ onscreen and loads of destruction. Its not frequent or that noticeable by any means. In fact it was only after DF released the info that anyone knew lol.
