Well, a toothless person has less cavities.
It might interest you to know, if you didn't already, that uncircumcised penises are more sensitive and thus brings more pleasure during sex, which is why I'd prefer it uncut anyday. As for the appearance, not only is it a matter of taste, but it is much easier to make an uncut penis appear cut than it is to do the opposite.
OT: What an awful question. Are you gonna ask which skin color is worse next?
