In Japan it's different again. Xbox is irrelevant and Nintendo could win some share against the PS4.
I really have no idea about future sales of PS4 and Xbone though. Could be the hype and they might drop off a bit (not to Wii U level but they sure will)

The europe PS4 overkill is also about non or hard disponibility of XB1 in a lot of countries.

You can to find the XB1 very easily in Europe but people here clearly prefer the PS4 (sold out in almost all stores)
