A city more effected by your path and personal choices (in other words more in depth story choices that aren't just at the end). Also drop in drop out co-op ON the main story missions a-la Destiny. Also also better and more in depth side missions like the Arkham games along with the usual GTA bevy of activities. Also ALSO also how bout either Vice City or a new city. I think Pittsburgh, Washington DC, Dallas, London, Tokyo, Rome, Paris, Rio (I don't like the hispanic flavor personally but the city lends itself well to GTA), or even a larger Canadian city could be cool. Or Sydney maybe just as long as it's not New York or LA.
