Australia has the same issue.
The problem is even though she will have 5 kids, they will end up on the dole because most liekley were never motivated to work. Here there is 3rd/4th generation dole bludgers.
Now if we used these people to bread the kids and give them away for adoption to caring people who can't have kids then things may work out. Here it is actually easier to adopt a kid born in india then a kid born locally. What a joke right?
What governments need to do is realise we are all slaves to the system. They should think like accountants and treat us as tax payers and not meat. They need to get the ones with the most potential to raise future tax payers to breed more, i.e. via tax benefits and rebates that working class kind of miss out on atm, like paid child care and schooling.
