I'm on lvl 41 because I was farming Mushrooms in the Miasma wood for Job Points and forgot to disable the Exp, so now everything Is so easy even on Hard mode :/
Also Is there any point where I can replace my Thief? I couldn't replace It yet because of the Steal Ability I need that to steal from every boss.

PS. Am I wrong or Is Praline the only Boss so far that didn't die after giving her Asterisk out?

I took on the Fire Temple boss at level 46 and even then it was very difficult on Hard, because his Energy Burst can even OHKO your characters while defaulting. So you might wanna gain a few more levels before you go there. 

The asterik bosses on chapter 3 are pretty easy, when compared to the other asterik bosses, so they're not a good comparison point. Also, Praline is the first asterik holder that doesn't die when you defeat him/her, but there's a couple more on the next chapter too and as you go to further chapters, less of them die, due to sub-story reasons.

In relation to Thief, you can still change the class and have Thief as subclass, you'll still have access to Steal and with Thief Gloves you'll still have 50% chance to steal.
