I always find it a bit sad when people mention boring food when trying to lose weight. A lot of people just don't know all the great things you can eat that also make you feel better. I don't drink alcohol or soda, no junk food or processed food and I really try to limit products with added flavours and colourings, yet not a single boring meal. The mind just needs to be open to new experiences. I'd also like to point out that keeping it together your entire life is by no means any less of an accomplishment than getting it back together. |
I mainly cut the really absurd habits I used to have, such as eating nearly an entire large bag of Lays potato chips in one sitting (they're just so damn addictive!) and eating most of a frozen pizza at 2 in the morning, coupled with adding more veggies and all natural foods to my diet. But beyond that, I didn't change my eating habits that drastically.
