DS3 have worst triggers.
Xbone'controller have slightly better triggers than 360's controller... so DS4 too... now between DS4 and Xbone I can't say what have the better tigger... they are different but both are great and effective.
Maybe I need more time with the Xbone's controller too but I think DS4 have better D-pad, sticks and bumpers... symetrical and asymetrical are personal preference (I do like symetrical)... everything else are a tie or maybe slightly better on Xbone's controller.
Edit - Xbone's controller fells better than 360's controller on hands but DS4 just seems magical on the hands... it is so much confortable like you created a controller that fits exactly your hand.
