That was a myth created because the 360's controller was better than DS3 and most guessed it was because the asymmetrical thing but DS4 showed it was not that the case because even the people that loves asymmetrical can't complain about the DS4's symetrical.
DS3 issues are related more at the loose sticks and the bad triggers.
