| pokoko said: It's interesting, reading those GT reviews. It truly shows insight into how the review process has changed over the course of the generation. Article after article calls it the best Gran Turismo, the best racing sim of the generation, or even the best racing sim on consoles, period, yet they go on to give it an 8/10, usually because it does nothing totally new. Several reviews also compare it to the new Forza, which is also interesting. Is that fair or not? I don't know, to be honest. It seems like a comparison where they both suffer. GT has run up against the limitations of the PS3 while Forza sacrificed content in order to be a launch title. Personally, I can't wait to see what GT7 brings to the table. I'm guessing that they're going to take their time with this one and it's going to be at least 3 or 4 years down the road. The next Forza should be interesting, too, assuming that it won't be a rush-job. |
The most accurate information we have suggests a two year timeline. From what we've been getting for news PD have been working on GT7 for a while already.
I really hope Forza 6 isn't a rush job. If they start launching them too quickly it could cripple the series.

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.
