I have played the Vita-Version now a bit... runs smooth and looks great. Here are some comparisons to the PC version:
The PC resolution (only 1280x720, FullHD-Patch is announced for next month) is higher, so the backgrounds are a bit more detailed. But due to the much smaller Vita screen, they look sharper on the handheld. The fonts and icons (the eye on the first picture) of the Vita version are bigger and more detailed, the inventory is exactly the same.
