Ok, so the way i understand this is that it is the same drm that is in place now on the ps3 and 360, so im not sure what the op is going on about.
From what i can see, you can log on and play your games on any console, but you must be logged on. So you could be playing the game on two consoles at most, one with your main acount on another ps4, and another with a secondary avount on your primary ps4. The same way it currently works on current gen consoles...
Also, since the family share plan was never fully disclosed, it is pretty much impossible to say what it would have looked like in reality.
And the part in the op about positive playstation news going away quickly, really? The only reason positive playstation news would go away quickly is because too many people are busy posting negative news about x1 and wii u...
