It has everything to do with intent.
While my calling the thread title misleading and poorly written has the intent on getting it changed or fixed, I'm not so sure the intent of your comment was the same. Your statement came off more like begrudging agreement.
Anyway, to say that the xb1 drm is the same as the ps4 or ps3 drm is ONLY correct insofar as it has management that checks who is authorized to play. However, saying that the DRMs are the same for the purpose of pointing out that the tournament situation would have happened on ANY console, would be a lie and misleading. (Have I mentioned that I don't give a f*** what happened at the tourney and that I already said it was blown out of proportion?) All I'm here to do is correct facts. Facts here are wrong. OP needs to be corrected on his gross misuse of facts. This isn't his first thread today with misrepresentative headings and information.
My point about family share was that MS has been hinting at bringing back the family share program. Now...MS has not explained exactly what that family share program is, but hopeful loyalists are theorizing that it's 10 person unlimited sharing with anyone. You had said that since the DRMs are the same, another previous statement was correct, because it technically doesn't mention policy, only DRM.
My disagreement with your statement was that I could say the DRMs are the same and equate virtually anything. In this case, I could say that ps4 uses the same digital management as the rumored xbox1 family share program. Technically it would be true, because I haven't specified which DRM, and I have not mentioned policy. This is the problem. I could possibly mislead people into thinking that the policies were the same.
