I think the game will look close to what you see here but it will be noticeably different in gameplay. I think the differences you will see are less destructable enviroments during game play. Slightly lower rez textures. Lesser draw distance and obviously less variable animations. Oh and yeah higher framerates.
This is not gameplay this is an in-game cutscene that uses the game engine. Effects are tuned up enviromental details are tuned up(crashing stair ways) Textures are tuned up and animations are given more leeway. No doubt it will look good and Kojima is pretty good about getting the most out of a system through a combination of art style and camera usage. I remember when people said that MGS 1 couldn't be done.
However I will pass I actually like to play my games not sit through 45 minute cut scene run down all 45 minute cutscene take out guard 10 minute cut scene sneak past room 25 minute radio sequence
