"an entirely bug-free game is a technical impossibility"
As a software engineer and now project manager, I agree with this statement. HOWEVER, there is no excuse to see the massive critical bugs that have been described by large swaths of BF4 gamers on all environments.
Those should have been caught in testing before deployment.
