Well, what's worst thing you've done? If It's something sexual, then please don't explain it in full detail. Keep it simple like "I has sex with my best friend's girlfriend." Don't put "I slowly got a bulge in my pants as she took off her clothes. After she stripped down, she grabbed the lube and..."
Other than sexual things, I would prefer everything to have good detail.
