Point 1 and 2 are the reason - Nothing else.
Point 3 is your wishful thinking cause you can't accept GT is the king of the (Real Driving Simulator)racing genre and will stay there.
The first GT on the PS4 will outsell all yearly releases of its "competitor" while obviously still offering more quality with GT7 than all of those combined.
People just don't care anymore for the PS360 that much.
