It certainly falls short of GT5, nobody can deny that.
Less marketing, last generation is clear decline, XB1/PS4 launch, GT5 saturation/fatigue, GT fans not as willing to upgrade at this point (whether doesn't warrant the price or since its still on PS3). Maybe they are starting to see the meta patterns in the series.... realizing the clear cracks in the developers armor.
It could be any number of these factors. I am glad that this will bring hopefully closer competition in the new generation. Sales wise, not meta wise :P
Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.
