Well I dunno if you have looked into it in more depth then me to know the country but the top level domains for the websites seem to jump around, and if it's not .com it's usually an unusual one like .in (India?) or .eu... I guess sometimes the website gets shut down in the original country it's hosted in and just switches.
I assume you are talking about the source of the video upload though rather than the website. In which case I would suggest it's less to do with whatever rules there are in UK and Germany, and more to do with one of the reasons I mentioned in my previous post: American TV programs that don't get aired here.
Allthough on second thoughts I wouldn't think there is much demand here for wrestling, so if those are mostly from UK/Germany then maybe you are right.
