first thing, wth is oled(i guess optimized led??)
second,3ds has more GREAT GAMES.
third, vita hardware might be better but you cant watch real 3d with it.
3ds has more rpgs espesially jrpgs and turn based ones
last but not the least,go watch gameplay trailer of bravely default/pokemon/animal crossing/link between worlds and maybe mario kart

1) OLED is a different display technology. All high end smart phones have been using it for a few years now apart from Apple (who are cheaping on a decent display to keep profit margins higher). The first OLED HDTVs should be hitting the market soon and will be several thousand pounds each.

LED backlit LCD (which CE manufacturers have been misleading people over by calling them LED TVs) is completely different to OLED. Much like Plasma and CRT are completely different display techs.

2) If you define a great game as one which scores 90+ on Meta Critic then absolutely, the 3DS has more of them, however if they aren't games you want to play that doesn't really matter. This is a very subjective area. One thing 3DS does have over Vita in this regard is more exclusive 3DS only titles which would be considered "system sellers".

3) I'd take the generational leap in visuals over stereoscopic 3D which 10% of the population cannot see and induces painful headaches on a much larger proportion. Personally I'd rather have the OLED display over an LCD one (I also have no interest in getting a 2000 series Vita purely due to the screen downgrade).

4) 3DS has more RPGs, but Vita has more FPS/TPS/Racing/Action titles. I spend more time with these, particularly racing games making the Vita a better 1st handheld console choice to me. Another subjective area, however Vita does still have a half decent selection of quality JRPGs (many of them did not receive physical releases and are just on PSN in the west), 3DS doesn't have any decent racing games besides Mario Kart. Vita actually covers quite a few bases of the different racing game variations (WRC/Moto GP/Futuristic/Kart/MX both Arcade and Simulation)

5) I have A Link Between Worlds and Mario Kart. Both great games. Pokemon doesn't interest me, I got Animal Crossing out of my system on the GC. Bravely Default is one I might consider, but I have too big a backlog at the moment to take on another JRPG right now. Have you checked gameplay videos of the top 10 Vita games?  People who argue Vita owners need to check out 3DS software generally seem to have a very poor knowledge of the Vita's actual software catalogue (not saying you do, this is from experience in other threads on here) and so tell Vita owners they need 3DS for X Y and Z when actually the Vita offers equivalent software for a lot of the games.
