Mass Effect is more or less announced. I guess the term would be unofficially anounced and more info coming in 2014. As for Quantum Break, it is only coming to XBone given the information we have at the moment. 

So Mass Effect is like Zelda: we know it's coming but we know nothing about it.

Shame about Quantum Break :-/ .
