First off, it's normal. So don't beat yourself up over it too much. Second, I've gone days, even weeks without doing it. On an average week, maybe three times. One time I went for so long without doing it that I almost forgot about it entirely. That was in junior high.
The Screamapillar is easily identified by its constant screaming—it even screams in its sleep. The Screamapillar is the favorite food of everything, is sexually attracted to fire, and needs constant reassurance or it will die.
